Dancom, one of the LDI license holders in Pakistan, has been found guilty of tax evasion to the amount of Rs. 140 million by the Public Accounts Committee (PAC) of National Assembly headed by Chaudhary Nisar Ali.
The committee ordered Federal Board of Revenue to lodge an FIR against the company officials involved in the fraud and remove the then audit officials Nadir Khan Hoti immediately who served as collector of Federal Excise Islamabad in 2005 and illegally allowed the remission of sales tax of Rs. 140 million to Dancom.

Looking at the potential in the rural areas; USF is making best efforts for improving the infrastructure. He said out of PKR 22 billion around PKR 14 billion is provided by the USF for improving rural areas infrastructure. He said 50,000 broadband connections are added and four agreement were signed by the USF with different telecom operators

Since i had installed the 1 MB shared connection of World Call i am facing regular out of service sessions. On my every complain, they issue me a complain number and it has become a routine for the last 7 days. I have already paid them Rs. 3,700 for the 3 months service that i have not yet received and i paid them because they presented a rozy picture.
