& surely Usman Ishaq has the same level of leadership.. I’m a strong suporter of both & wont bear with any such gossips neithr for Ali Kamran nor for Usman Ishaq..
U all r just asswholes …. & for Malik’s use ur midle finger for ur own ass that u must b practising already..

It’s the way of life, flattering the one who is coming on the position and degrading the leaving one..
I’m admirable for both Ali Kamran as well as Usman Ishaq. Both are great leaders.
Ali Kamran no doubt gave splendid performance during his time; he took the organization from 0 to this stage. And where’s its related to firing old folk, I’m strongly with Ali Kamran just to kick out all the old Paktelians, who previously had drowned this company as Paktel and these dump brains are still part of Zong. They really don’t deserve working in this organization, old folk is good for gov. type organization.
Ali Kamran you are the best with great visions to lead even more bigger organization, I wish you all the best for your future, you are not demoted but you have done your great Job..
Usman Ishaq, you are also admirable leader and may Allah give this organization further growth under your leadership. Ameen.

Although I was not directly reporting to Mr. Usman but know him very well he is great performer and warid added Millions of subscribers in record time just because of his team building leader ship and consistent performance. He always supported to his subordinates and fought for their rights. Firing of couple of junior staff members is nothing except fabrication.Will end my comments with few words of Faiz Ahmed Faiz.

Dear all fellows i am a student of MBA and knows very well about the poiltics of business basically this is really offence because when company kick out someone for his procrastinations & begligance he always preffered to spread these kind of stories that someone is trying to take his seat, i am asure that me Mr Ali Kamran has given max amount for this news becos he is going to demote for his bad performance, we all know that Zong is not # 1 company so this the ? that what ali kamran has been done in last three years of Zong.
We all should pray for Zong & for Mr Usman progress becoz this is the base of Pak & China frienship..
and these kind of news always circulate against the perfect peoples but this is bad thing when people like Ali Kamran used pothatic & unfair means.

This is bulshit and 100% facke information becoz Mr Usman Ishaq is the person who always give his first prefrence to his employees, he is a great guy and a blessed person, May Allah give him more success..
