Samsung Pakistan, a leader in Electronics and digital technologies, organized a week-long Free-Service offer for Samsung Air Conditioners, under the expert supervision of Samsung Engineers from Korea. This offer will continue from 29th of March 2010 till 03rd of April 2010. During the Free-service offer period, a consumer can just walk in with a Samsung air-conditioner at one of the Samsung authorized service centers, situated in Karachi, Lahore and Rawalpindi/Islamabad and get free-service on the products.
Moreover the engineers have provided service to these customers at their doorsteps by examining their Air conditioners in their homes. This shows Samsung’s commitment to serving its customers and providing as much ease and convenience to them as possible.
The Free-Service being provided by Samsung is based on the following guidelines; Samsung is offering free service and 100% free parts replacement for products which were purchased by consumers after April 2007 with conditions applied.
Mr. Steve Han, General Manager, Samsung Electronics said “Samsung understands that when it comes to satisfying customers, there are no limits, only bars that must be set higher each time. Samsung will continue innovating and changing to better serve our customers.”
Speaking about the Company’s Free Service initiative, Mr. Babar Ali Kazmi, Category Head of Samsung Home-Appliances Division in Pakistan stated; “At Samsung, we consider After-Sales service as a key differentiator for our products. The Free-Service campaign that we extend to our customers every year is our way of appreciation, by proactively reaching out to customers and reassuring them that the company cares for them and stands behind the quality of Samsung products”.

this is to inform you that samsung split under above mentioned complain has been given to your service centre since couple of week but despite of our various reminder to mr tariq and mr muhammed ali the split has not been repaired till todate. all the circumstances has been explained to both gentlemen. for your information the split was purchased on 24-5-2010. your are requested to look into the matter urgently and if your service center unable to repair the unit samsung must provide a fresh unit in exchange. tks

@Baig, you can find the Samsung Display center at Salar Center, Near Garden Town market in Lahore. Its right on the front, opposite to the KFC. If you are near to Cantt area, you can find it right before the cavalary ground bridge if you are coming from Defense to Cav. Bridge. I hope it will help you.
