METRO Cash & Carry Pakistan organized an opening event for “Trade Mela 2010” on its premises of Capital wholesale center here, which was attended by 300 traders. The objective was to further reinforce the business relationship with local business partners.
“Trade Mela 2010” started from 18th Feb and concluded on 20th Feb, 2010. Being a “Partner for Professionals” this Trade Mela was held to further establish METRO’s cash & carry wholesale concept to its professional customers.
In this Trade Mela were introduced incredible offers and beneficial packages like Happy hour with unbelievable prices on selected products in specified hours, Bumper offers, Every day low price and much more to attract and benefit HORECA, Traders & Institutions.
The event was attended and addressed by Mr. Zahid Maqbool, President
Islamabad Chamber of Commerce & Industries, as chief guest, Giovanni Soranzo, Managing Director METRO Cash & Carry Pakistan and Salman Amjad, Head of Trade METRO Cash & Carry Pakistan. Also present on the occasion were guests from German & Italian Embassies, leading business community, heads of commerce and trade bodies, government officials, a host of local suppliers, employees & management of METRO Cash & Carry Pakistan.
