Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited is offering special 30% discount package for the students on 1 Mbps connection on high speed broadband services.
Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited is giving better services to growing student segment of Broadband customers in recent years with the confidence that this package will continue to facilitate students in their educational requirements.
PTCL by launching this package has again reinforced its commitment to provide its customers with seamless services to fulfill the requirements of all the segments of rapidly growing family of PTCL Broadband customers.
EVP Multimedia and broadband, Syed Zomma Mohiuddin said that the aim behind offering this package is to provide uninterrupted service to all our existing and new student customers. He also said that we take this opportunity to thank the loyal customers of PTCL in displaying great faith in Broadband services being offered.
All other packages of greater than 1 Mbps i.e., 2 Mbps and 4 Mbps on high speed broadband services will not have the student package discount applicable which is effective from 1st March 2010 onwards.
I think PTCL is a little slow in designing packages. As far as its connection is running, quality is good but when it ends, the customer services are really bad. i myself changed the connection after it sopped working.
So whats new in it .. Link dot Net is providing 30 % discount as well. and not only on 1MB package but on 2 and 4MB as well.
