The Cellphones specially the smartphones have been the talk of the techies and geeks all across the world the previous year. We saw the Apple dominating the smartphone market with its sleek iphone with more than 70,000 apps and similarly goes the Nokia and Samsung smartphones.
Well 2010 also started with the much awaited hype of Google phone. But I think the wait is somewhat over because Google the search firm is widely expected to unveil the Nexus One phone at a press conference scheduled for 5 January at its California HQ.
It is believed Google will sell the gadget directly to customers and that it will also be available, subsidized, from mobile operators.
People all over the world are anticipating that Google phone will be a real competitive to Apple and other smartphone manufacturers. Lets see what will be the final outcome.
