Worldcall Internet cable, a connection or disaster

Today, when i am writing these lines about my World Call Internet Cable Connection which i had installed recently at my home, I am really angry and feeling the pain just because of non professional attitude and service by World Call guys.

Since i had installed the 1 MB shared connection of World Call i am facing regular out of service sessions. On my every complain, they issue me a complain number and it has become a routine for the last 7 days. I have already paid them Rs. 3,700 for the 3 months service that i have not yet received and i paid them because they presented a rozy picture.

I have almost utilized my Rs. 300 mobile phone card, calling them and requesting them on their helpline to restore my services. But the status quo remains the same.

The current situation is that i am unable to work on the Internet, my hard earned money has gone down to the drain and I am really thinking to beat those guys responsible.

    zeshan i dnt haf any problm with wateen bcz i m nt a user ….. i m happy with ma ptcl broadband :) i m here just for ma project analysis :( :(

    It was disconnected hours with out any notice. especially during the load shedding, they don’t have good backup for their cable system. They don’t have system to balance the sharing of data among subscribers, so sometimes even your connection is active you don’t get the speed to open your email account even.

    @mehvish, customer services is the issue with every company today. As far as the services are concerned, i have found PTCL better as far as it is running but when it stops, very few people care at their end but if you route your complaint through someone senior, you get your connection fixed rightway:) Quality wise Wateen and Wordcall are lesser good than PTCL

    oh dear same with me iam wireless broadband user poor speed and customer service i simply stop calling help line there is no use of it ?????????

    I am really feeling sorry for you. Worldcall does this to everyone.
