Recently, while talking to the media at the Annual Social Lunch SENIOR Executive Vice President Pakistan Telecommunication Company limited, Tariq Suleman said that the PTCL faced difficulties in the early days of its operations as Etisalat’s subsidiary and due to booming mobile industry. But now we are changing our market strategies and we are moving towards betterment by introducing competitive services. He also said that we are focusing on the betterment of customer care services so that we will be able to solve our customer problems as soon as it occurs.
