After the approval of Korean Communication Commission, LG Group has given green signal to it major three Telecom affiliates for merger. LG Groups three telecom affiliates LG Telecom, fixed-line operator LG Dacom and broadband Internet service provider LG Powercom will be merged as LG Telecom in Korea, next year with 13.55 million subscribers and total sales of W6.3 trillion (US$1=W1,157).
