Third Microfinance Forum with special emphasis on “Mass Accessibility & User-friendly Resources” will start on 25th November 2009 in Islamabad.
The forum will include five interactive sessions, where speakers and practitioners from government, NGOs, trade and international bodies will present their papers to provide insight and suggest recommendations for policy reform. The conference aims to facilitate dialogue and deliberations among the industrial and economic experts for taking microfinance in Pakistan to the next level. It is designed to attract Pakistan’s biggest assembly of microfinance practitioners, the regulatory and facilitating bodies, key stakeholders and the national print & electronic media.
Meanwhile, the 3rd international power generation conference and Exhibition PowerGen Pak 2009 will be held on November 19, with a theme “Power Efficiency; Up-gradation & Self-Reliance” in Islamabad.
Naeem Qureshi who is the chief Organizer of PowerGen Pak 2009 said, “The conference will provide a networking and business opportunities exclusively designed for power generation through hydro, coal, nuclear, renewable, thermal, and fossil fuels etc and allied industries”.
